Abstract
The Fall 2020 semester brought new challenges as we returned to on-campus learning in the midst of a pandemic. We wrestled with the question of how to provide in-person services while protecting the health of our student employees. This article describes what we did, the lessons we learned along the way, and how this season changed our awareness of student worker mental health going forward.
