Abstract

In a period of constant change, planning for the future becomes both more challenging and more imperative. Library administrators from two-year and four-year public and private institutions will describe experiences in creating strategic plans for their libraries. They will consider a variety of planning methods, underlying philosophies, relationship to their larger institutions' strategic plans, and measures of success.
