Most of us think of LibGuides and LibAnswers as tools for public services to interact with library patrons. Discover how the University of Arkansas Libraries Technical Services staff created StaffGuides to document cataloging and serials procedures, LibAnswers to manage problem reports with catalog records or subscription access, and the Slack app to keep communication flowing without filing up everyone’s email box.
