Michael McGalliard, Sc.D., PT, COMT

Prior to his work at Harding Dr. McGalliard served as an Assistant Professor in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC). Dr. McGalliard came to Harding in 2010 as the founding chair of the Harding Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. In 2019 he became Dean of the College of Allied Health and was appointed as Associate Provost for Health Sciences in 2021. Dr. McGalliard received his Doctor of Science in Physical Therapy from TTUHSC with an emphasis on Non-operative orthopedic medicine.

Outside of his work for Harding, Dr. McGalliard has been married to his wife Jennifer since 1994 and has 7 children. He enjoys spending time with his family, cycling, tennis, and playing the guitar.
