I am an entrepreneurial businessman turned academic. After more than 20 years in the food industry, running three different businesses, I chose to move to Christian Education to help develop a new generation of Christian business professionals. I enjoy teaching, whichever the subject, and believe that today's college students are poised to make a real difference in tomorrow's marketplace.
