About

Carri Baker is a professional librarian with experience working with students of all ages. After graduating from Harding University in 2000 with a degree in Elementary Education, she began her teaching career at Central Arkansas Christian Schools in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Her family relocated to Central Florida where she taught sixth grade reading and eventually finished a Masters degree in Library and Information Science from the University of South Florida before becoming a Library Media Specialist at Deltona Middle School in Deltona, Florida. When her family returned to Arkansas, Mrs. Baker accepted a position as a Library Media Specialist at Jonesboro Public Schools before recently returning to Harding University to guide the next generation through research and studies skills.
